Introduction to quality monitoring

The AlloBrain solution lets you create as many campaigns as you like at no extra cost. You can organize the different campaigns as you wish. For example, a campaign by language, by Team Leader, by partner, etc.
Each campaign is associated with a quality grid.
Creating a campaign is the first step. Go to the campaigns tab, then click on create a campaign.
Define a title. A campaign type (call, email, ticket). Metadata. Here you can define metadata related to the campaign. Not to be confused with call metadata. These metadata allow you to add a filter to your organization to sort campaigns sharing the same attributes. Ex: Region = Europe. You'll be able to find all your campaigns with the Europe attribute.
Add an image - a design element allowing you to add branding when you go to a call detail.
Add users. Determine which users in your organization will have access to this campaign.
