The different roles

Agent role

The AlloBrain platform offers specific access for your agents. This access can be activated or deactivated according to your organizational needs. Agents have a restricted view, enabling them only to view and analyze their own calls.

Agent accounts can be created in two ways:

  • Manually via the administration interface
  • Automatically when importing calls, based on associated metadata

Supervisor role

Supervisors have extensive access to the campaigns to which they are attached. For each campaign, a supervisor can have one of three levels of access:

  • Viewer: Read-only access to campaign data
  • Editor: Possibility of modifying certain elements according to the authorizations granted
  • Owner: Full access to all campaign functionalities

Add a user

To create a new user in the system :

  1. Go to the "Organization" tab
  2. Click on the "Add a user" button
  3. Fill in the required information:
    • Professional e-mail address
    • Full name
    • Role in the platform
  4. The "Send invitation by email" option is enabled by default and recommended for a better user experience.

SSO (Single Sign-On) connection

AlloBrain supports SSO authentication for seamless integration with your information system.

SSO configuration

SSO implementation requires initial configuration in collaboration with your IT team. Our platform is compatible with the main standards:

  • SAML 2.0
  • OpenID Connect
  • OAuth 2.0
