Users - Getting started

First steps as a user

As a user, your main role is to consult the available dashboards andexplore the data through the visualizations created by the editors. This section guides you through the consultation interface: how to access projects shared with you, navigate through the dashboards, and apply filters to refine the analysis according to your needs. The aim is to enable you to quickly extract useful information, without having to configure or modify the visualizations.

View your dashboards

You can access your dashboards in two different ways:

  • Via the Dashboard page in the
  • Via the Project page, in a project's dashboards

Using filters

Here's how to use the filter system in the dashboard:

Filter by sentiment

You can filter reviews by sentiment: positive, negative, neutral or mixed. For example, by selecting "negative", only verbatims containing a negative sentiment will be displayed.

Two types of sentiment are available in this filter: Global and Partial.

  • Partial sentiments correspond to the sentiments detected for each elementary subject identified by the AI in a verbatim. Thus, if several subjects are present in the same response, each will be associated with a distinct sentiment (positive, negative or neutral), enabling a fine analysis by theme.
  • Visit overall feeling summarizes all the sentiments present in the verbatim.
    • If it contains only positive partial feelings, the overall feeling will be positive.
    • If it contains only partial negative feelings, it will be negative.
    • If it contains both positive and negative sentiments, the overall feeling will be mixed.
    • Finally, if no sentiment is detected, it will be considered neutral.

This filter makes it possible to explore verbatim according to general feelings or emotions linked to specific topics.

Filter by topics detected by AI

Artificial intelligence automatically identifies the topics addressed in each verbatim (e.g. price, customer service, quality, etc.). This filter allows you to view only those verbatims that evoke some of these topics, to target more precisely the themes that are important for your analysis.

Filter by business subject

In addition to automatically detected topics, you can also filter by business topics - customized groupings defined in the classification plan. These topics are designed to reflect your organization's structure, challenges or priorities (e.g.: purchasing experience, after-sales service, product features, etc.), and offer a more operational view of feedback.

AI feature filters can be found in the "+" button and in your analyzed field after the ">" arrow.

Filter by date

This filter allows you to restrict the display of notices to a specific period. For example, you can analyze only returns from the last 30 days, a specific month, or a customized range. Ideal for tracking the evolution of returns over time.

Thanks to this combination of filters, you can cross time, subject and sentiment dimensions to explore verbatims in a targeted, relevant and actionable way.

  • Period selection: you can specify the period for which you wish to view notifications.
  • Multiple selection: you can select one or more values for the same filter.

When using these filters, the dashboard updates in real time to display the relevant metrics and visualizations according to your selected criteria.

Metadata filter

This type of filter allows you to filter on other data (previously integrated by your organization) associated with verbatims.

Example:

Export your data

Your export is affected by the filters activated on your dashboard, so be sure to configure your filters before exporting your data.

Exported data structure

The final export takes the form of a table with:

  • A unique ID column for each entry
  • The original data source (data_source)
  • Creation timestamp (created_at)
  • The values of the various attributes available in the dashboard
  • IA analysis columns with ".topics" extension

Configure your home page

This action has no influence on other users, and is linked solely to your account.

Thanks to all these features - filters, exports, customization of the home page - you have all the tools you need to explore verbatim in a fine-tuned, targeted way. Take the time to experiment with different combinations to reveal relevant insights and adapt your actions according to the most significant feedback. A well-filtered analysis means a more accurate understanding.
