Access dashboards and filters

On the Projects page, you can :

  • View various project dashboards via the "Dashboard" button
  • Use the "View" button to modify the classification scheme that AI uses to analyze notices and link them to the various possible topics in the classification scheme.

Click on "View":

  • General parameters
    • Project name field
    • Description field
  • Access management
    • Displays the different teams with write permissions
    • Option to add a team
  • File plans: a table showing different file plans. Each has a "Modify" action button.

The page is a project configuration interface where administrators can manage settings, access permissions and classification schemes for projects.

View dashboards

Click on "Dashboards", then on the project we're interested in.

Different types of graphics available:

  • KPI chart or Pie Chart of overall satisfaction
  • Histograms (CSAT, etc.)
  • Top elementary positive and negative topics
  • Time graph
  • List of customer verbatims

Try the filters

Here's how to use the filter system in the dashboard:

  • Filter by sentiment: you can filter reviews according to their sentiment (positive, negative, neutral or mixed). For example, by selecting "negative", only negative reviews will be displayed.
  • Period selection: you can specify the period for which you wish to view notifications.
  • Multiple selection: you can select one or more values for the same filter.

When using these filters, the dashboard updates in real time to display the relevant metrics and visualizations according to your selected criteria.

Create a bar chart

Top subjects - positive (elementary subjects - detected by the AI)

  1. Add a widget: click on the icon at bottom right to add a widget.
  2. Choose graph type: select the "Bar graph" option.
  3. Define title: the title field is mandatory when creating a graphic.
  4. Select the main attribute: in "Attribute name", choose the attribute you wish to anlyze.
  5. Select the field to be analyzed: for attributes analyzed by the AI, i.e. "text" attributes, you must choose between the various associated attributes ("Elementary subject", "Subject", "Sentiment").
  6. Define the aggregation for the Y axis: in"Aggregation for ordinate", select the aggregation you're interested in.

After this step, you already have a usable graph, but you can add further information to the graph.

  1. Activate aggregation: check the "Add aggregation" box.
  2. Select grouping attribute: reset "Attribute name" to generally the same attribute analyzed as before.
  3. Select the field to be analyzed from the grouping: in"Analyzed field", choose Sentiment.
  4. Adjust display: check the"Fill bars" and"Horizontal" boxes.
  5. Add a filter :
    • Click on the + button.
    • In "Global", select "Partial".
    • Select"positive".
  6. Save graph: click on the "Save" button.

Duplicating and modifying graphics

In the "3 small dots" of the graph, you can select the "Duplicate" option and then, in the new graph, select the "Modify" option to start from an existing graph and modify some information.

Create a KPI chart

  1. Add a widget: click on the icon at bottom right to add a widget.
  2. Choose the graph type: select the "KPI Graph" option.
  3. Define title: the "title" field is mandatory when creating a graphic.
  4. Select aggregation: in the "Aggregation" drop-down menu, choose the aggregation of interest.

After this step, you already have a usable digital widget, but you can add further information to turn it into a graphic.

  1. Add a condition: click on the"Add a condition" button.
  2. Attribute name: select the attribute you wish to analyze.
  3. Field analyzed: select Sentiment.
  4. Sentiment: select"positive" (global or partial).
  5. Enable pie chart display: tick the"Pie chart" box.
  6. Choose a color for the KPI indicator: define a color of your choice.
  7. Save graph: click on the "Save" button.

Create a time graph

  1. Add a widget: click on the icon at bottom right to add a widget.
  2. Choose graph type: select the "Time graph" option.
  3. Define title: the title field is mandatory when creating a graphic.
  4. Select date field: select the "date" attribute you require.
  5. Select aggregation: select the desired aggregation.
  6. Time interval: select the desired time interval.

Other information can be added to complete the graph.

  1. Add a filter: click on the"Add a filter" button.
  2. Choose filter: select analysis option.
  3. Select sentiment: select the desired sentiment.
  4. Save graph: click on the "Save" button.

Create a verbatim list

  1. Add a widget: click on the icon at bottom right to add a widget.
  2. Choose chart type: select the "List chart" option.
  3. Define title: the title field is mandatory when creating a graphic.
  4. Choose title, subtitle and sorting mode: select the attributes you want to appear first and second in the verbatim list, as well as the "date" attribute for sorting.
  5. Add detail: for each detail field you want to appear,
  6. Add a condition: click on the"Add a condition" button.

You can add further information to complete your list.

> Save graph: click on the "Save" button.

General recommendations

  • Don't re-run the ranking plans too often, as this can take several hours to analyze all the verbatims.
