Basic concepts

The tool is based on three key concepts: projects, dashboards and data sources.

  • Projects: A project is the central work unit. It is within a project that classification plans are configured, using artificial intelligence to analyze and categorize verbatim according to defined rules. Each project is independent, with its own classification plans and visualizations.
  • Dashboards: Dashboards display analysis results in graphical form. They are created within a specific project, and cannot be shared between projects. Each dashboard therefore belongs to a single project, within which it exploits the results produced by the classification plans.
  • Data sources: Data sources cut across all projects. They are defined once and can then be used in several projects. When creating a classification plan or dashboard, the user selects the relevant data sources: these determine which data will be analyzed (for plans) or displayed (for dashboards).
