AlloBrain lets you set up alerts so you don't miss out on any call analysis and are notified on the topics that matter most to you.


Types of rules

Overall score : Alert based on a call's overall score.
Section score: Alert depending on the score of a call section (see how to create a section)
Additional score: Alert depending on the additional score of a call (see how to create an additional score)
Item: Alert dependent on an item in your quality grid.

Once you've determined the alert type, you need to define a condition under which it will be triggered. This condition is a combination of an operator and a score.
